Damion Pechota, Legislative Council Staff, presented a recommendation from the Capitol Building Advisory Committee regarding the Sand Creek Massacre Memorial. Committee members received a copy of the application for the memorial (Attachment C).

Jon Bellish, One Earth Foundation, discussed his organization's involvement with the memorial. Mr. Bellish responded to a committee question about the sources of funding for the memorial.
