Esther van Mourik, Office of Legislative Legal Services, came to the table to discuss potential legislation regarding raising the submission threshold for higher education cash funded projects (LLS 16-0555). Committee members received a redraft of the potential legislation (Attachment A). Ms. van Mourik discussed changes to the previous draft, including how the legislation applies to new construction and renovation projects.
