- Bill 2 - Beverage Container Redemption & Refunds (Attachments D and E);
- Bill 3 - Develop A Statewide Organics Management Plan (Attachments F and G); and
- Bill 4 - CDPHE Increases Public Awareness Of Recycling (Attachments H and I).

Amanda King, Legislative Council Staff, clarified for the record that a majority of the committee members, which is six, is needed to pass a bill out of the committee. Senators Priola and Story requested to be co-prime sponsors of the bill, along with Representatives Cutter and Arndt. It was determined that the bill would originate in the Senate. The Office of Legislative Legal Services was given permission to make technical changes to the bill, if necessary.
