Senior Environmental Analyst, Legislative Council Staff, presented her
memorandum on wildfire-related funding in Colorado.  The memorandum
was distributed to the committee prior to the meeting, and can be accessed

 Ms. Van Winkle answered questions from the committee.  Angela

 She discussed the forest carbon cycle and climate change.  Dr.
Boag answered questions from the committee.  Kristin Garrison, Associate
