Chair Baker began a discussion of topics six and seven. For topic six, she wanted to move language from one section to another, she was concerned about the use of force in defense of property, and she asked for opinions about reporting requirements. Commissioner Karbach raised concerns about sections d, e, and f under topic six. Other commissioners weighed in.

Discussion continued. Chair Baker suggested changes in topic 6 to reflect language in topic seven. Members of subgroup 4 explained their reasoning in writing the standards the way they did.
