	09:05:44 AM	Commissioner Warren Brown, representing the Jail Standards Commission, gave an update regarding the enforcement subgroup that has formed to address the implementation and enforcement of Colorado jail standards. Commissioner Brown gave an overview of the different options the enforcement subgroup has been considering.
	09:14:30 AM	Commissioner Brown answered questions about enforcement from the committee.


	09:18:54 AM	Chair of the Commission, Megan Baker, gave an update on the commission. Chair Baker started the conversation with more information about the enforcement subgroup. Chair Baker answered questions from the committee about grievances.
	09:23:42 AM	Chair Baker continued discussion on the work of the commission. Chair Baker answered questions regarding infractions reporting. Discussion continued between Chair Baker and the committee. Chair Amabile discussed the legislation that may be proposed at the end of the interim. Elizabeth Burger, Legislative Council Staff, provided information on the legislation regarding jail standards.
