Representative Winter, chair, called the meeting to order.  A quorum was present.

Representative Danielson introduced House Bill 18-1016.  The bill creates a Seabees military license plate.  The license pate is available to honorably discharged, retired, reserve, or active members of the US naval construction battalion who submit the required forms and pay a one-time special fee of $50.  She distributed a handout to the committee [Attachment A].
