Representatives Catlin
and Bird, co-prime sponsors, talked about Senate Bill 22-083 concerning
a broadband provider's use of public rights-of-way.  The bill provides
that the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) may enter into a
public-private partnership with a broadband provider for the use of public
rights-of-way.  The bill sponsors provided a handout (Attachment A).
