and Van Winkle, co-prime sponsors, provided information about House Bill
22-1042 concerning the ability of a teen parent to attend driving school
without a cost.  The bill authorizes teen parent programs to provide
driving school for teens.  The programs must apply for a grant through
the Department of Human Services to implement the program.  A report
during the SMART Act hearings is required.  Representative Exum explained
amendment L.001 (Attachment D).
