the repeal of the requirement that the State Auditor conduct an audit of
the portion of the Limited Gaming Fund that is transferred to the State

prime sponsor, introduced House Bill 21-1245 concerning the inclusion of
on-track equipment in certain safety provisions that regulate railroad
crossings.  The bill amends safety provisions to apply to equipment
that operates on tracks.  This equipment must stop at the crossing
to look before making their way through the crossing.  A written sheet
was provided to the committee (Attachment B).

authorization for local governments to exempt business personal property
from taxation.  The bill allows counties, muncipalities, and special
districts to exempt up to 100 percent of business personal property tax
