Representative Williams introduced House Bill 19-1138 concerning the credit an owner of a vehicle may receive for fees paid to register a motor vehicle when the vehicle is sold before the registration expires. The credit is applied to vehicles subsequently registered and is broadened to cover most registration fees.

Representative McCluskie introduced House Bill 19-1052 concerning the creation of special districts to provide early childhood development services. The bill authorizes early childhood development special districts to provide early care and education, health, mental health, and development services, including prevention and intervention, for children under eight years of age.  The districts may seek voter approval to levy property taxes in the district to provide revenue for services.  The districts must be organized pursuant to the Special District Act.
