Representative McLachlan and Representative Saine introduced Senate Bill 19-018 concerning the age requirement to drive a commercial vehicle in interstate commerce. The bill provides for licensing commercial drivers who are at least 18 years old, but under 21.

The witness responded to questions from the committee about the difference between the terms "interstate" and "intrastate."
