Representative Williams and Representative Lontine, co-prime bill sponsors, presented House Bill 19-1046. The bill requires that major political parties must waive any fees charged to participate in a party assembly, upon request of a delegate or alternate. It also requires major political parties to inform electors at party caucuses that electors chosen to be delegates or alternates are not required to pay a fee in order to participate in the party assembly.

Representative Sirota, bill sponsor, presented House Bill 19-1007.  The bill establishes contribution limits and disclosure requirements for candidates for county offices.  The contribution limits must be adjusted for inflation every four years by the Department of State.  Ms. Sirota answered questions from the committee.
