Major General H. Michael Edwards, the Adjutant General of Colorado and Executive Director of the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs (DMVA), and Michael T. "Mickey" Hunt, DMVA Deputy Executive Director, presented the DMVA SMART Act report (Attachment A) and Performance Plan (Attachment B).

Representative Primavera asked for a breakdown of grant money for Veterans Assistance grants. The Adjutant General responded to the question. The two continued to discuss veterans issues, including veterans services and homeless veterans.
