sponsors, presented House Bill 20-1087 to the committee.  The bill
modifies statutes related to law enforcement in the Colorado Division of
Parks and Wildlife (CPW) in the Department of Natural Resources.

Kathleen Curry, representing Coloradans for Responsible Wildlife Management, testified in support of the bill.  Robert Blume, representing himself, testified in support of the bill.  The panel responded to committee questions.

Representatives Catlin and Arndt, co-prime
sponsors, presented House Bill 20-1094 to the committee.  The bill
removes the $1000 cap on fees local governments can charge for on-site
wastewater treatment system permits.  Representative Arndt distributed
and discussed Amendment L.001 (Attachment A).
