Representative Singer and Representative Liston, bill sponsors, presented House Bill 18-1155 to the committee.  The bill continues the licensing of physical therapists in Colorado and makes various changes to the scope of practice for physical therapists.

Amendments L.001 and L.002 were distributed to the committee (Attachments A and B).

Dr. Jennifer Berry, American Physical Therapy Association, testified in support of the bill.

Darral Freund, representing himself, testified in support of the bill.

Bryan Jameson, Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA), and Ronnie Hines, DORA, came to the table to respond to committee questions.
