and Majority Leader Duran, co-prime bill sponsors, presented House Bill
23-1142, concerning requiring a report of known or suspected child abuse
or neglect to include information related to the person making the report.
 Under current law, child abuse or neglect reports include the source
of the report and the name, address, and occupation of the person making
the report, when possible.  The bill requires this information be
included in all circumstances.  The bill sponsors responded to questions
from the committee.  Amendments L.002, L.003, and L.005 were distributed
to the committee (Attachments A, B, and C).
