Testimony for House Bill 18-1370 was heard on April 19, 2018 during the House Health, Insurance, and Environment committee meeting.  The bill limits the ability of health insurers to modify coverage for prescription drugs after the start of the year for a health plan.

Representatives Pettersen and Kennedy, bill sponsors, presented Senate Bill 18-022 to the committee.  The bill limits, with certain exceptions, the number of opioid pills prescribed to a seven-day supply with one seven-day refill.  Amendments L.019 and L.020 were distributed [Attachments A and B].  A handout was distributed to the committee [Attachment C].
