Representatives Lukens and Soper, co-prime sponsors, presented House Bill 24-1365. The bill continues funding to the Regional Talent Development Initiative Grant Program, creates the Regional Talent Summit Grant Program, and establishes a workforce shortage tax credit. Amendments L.002 (Attachment A), L.003 (Attachment B), and L.004 (Attachment C) were distributed and explained.

Representatives Catlin and Lukens, co-prime sponsors, presented House Bill 24-1362. The bill authorizes the installation of graywater systems in new construction projects statewide and allows local governments to adopt their own ordinances and/or resolutions around graywater use.

Representative Parenti, prime sponsor, presented House Bill 24-1336. This bill repeals the Broadband Deployment Board in the Office of Information Technology, and permanently transfers the function of awarding High Cost Support Mechanism broadband funding to the Colorado Broadband Office in the Office of Information Technology.

Ms. Brandy Reitter, representing the Governor's Office of Information Technology and the Colorado Broadband Office, testified in support of the bill.

The committee returned to order. Representatives Holtorf and Martinez, co-prime sponsors, presented House Bill 24-1369. The bill creates the Colorado Agriculture license plate.
