Representative Pabon, prime sponsor, presented Senate Bill 17-015, which creates a level 2 drug misdemeanor for attempting to sell marijuana or marijuana concentrate by placing an advertisement in print or online. The offense does not apply to a primary caregiver, as defined in the state constitution, who advertises his or her services to prospective patients. Representative Pabon addressed questions from the committee. He also distributed amendment L.009 and amendment L.010 (Attachments F and G, respectively).
