The introduced bill amends the pharmacy practice law to make unlawful the sale, compounding, dispensing, giving, receiving or possessing of any drug or device unless it was sold, compounded, dispensed, given, or received in accordance with the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. The possession, sale, dispensing, giving, receiving, or administering of an adulterated drug or device, a misbranded drug or device, or a counterfeit drug is also unlawful.
