Representative Duran and Representative Rankin, co-prime sponsors, introduced House Bill 16-1332. Effective tax year 2017, the bill changes two refundable income tax credits in current law: the innovative motor vehicle credit and the innovative truck credit. The bill changes the computation of certain tax credits, discontinues certain categories, and allows the transfer of the credits to a financing entity. Representative Duran distributed amendment L.002 (Attachment E) and a handout (Attachment F) to the committee.
