The bill creates a procedure at the Division of Motor Vehicles (DMV) in the Department of Revenue (DOR) where an undocumented resident who has qualified for a driver's license but has failed the driving test may use a private vendor to readminister the driving test within 60 days. The applicant must present evidence of passing the test to the DMV. Representative Pabon answered several questions from the committee.
