adds new requirements for certain stationary sources of hazardous air pollutants,
including monitoring, community outreach, and corrective actions.

prime bill sponsor, presented Senate Bill 21-012 to the committee.  The
bill requires the Department of Public Safety to develop information materials
for individuals who have experience in wildland fire management through
the Inmate Disaster Relief Program in the Department of Corrections, and
to create a peer mentor program for individuals hired from that program.
