HB20-1192 - Amended, referred to House Appropriations

bill sponsors, presented House Bill 20-1192 to the committee.  The
bill allows the Department of Labor and Employment (CDLE) to use up to
$2.0 million from the Petroleum Cleanup and Redevelopment Fund to leverage
the development of public-private partnership projects that incorporate
fuel-cell electric-vehicle fueling infrastructure.
