Representatives Gray and Sullivan, co-prime sponsors, presented House Bill 19-1236, concerning the creation of the Workforce Diploma Pilot Program in the Colorado Department of Education (CDE).  The program would help to provide performance payments to qualified providers of dropout recovery services for eligible adult students who achieve specified educational milestones.  Representative Sullivan provided the committee with a handout regarding the Graduation Alliance (Attachment A).  The sponsors answered questions from the committee regarding the bill.
