Hearing for the Sunset Review of the Colorado Youth Advisory Council - Sunset Review

Damion Pechota, Legislative Council Staff, distributed a memorandum on the House Education Sunset Review [Attachment E], a memorandum on the susnset review process [Attachment F], the Department of Regulatory Affairs (DORA) report on the Colorado Youth Advisory Council [Attachment G], and the draft bill for the Sunset Review of the Colorado Youth Advisory Council [Attachment H].

Ellen Graham, representing DORA, provided an overview of the Colorado Youth Advisory Council and said that DORA is recommending continuation indefinitely.
