of Real Estate Appraisers.  The Board of Real Estate Appraisers is
set to repeal September 1, 2022.  This bill continues the board until
September 1, 2031, and implements recommendations from the 2021 Sunset
Review, which can be found here:

and Snyder, bill sponsors, introduced House Bill 22-1262, Sunset Continue
Workers' Compensation Regulations.  The bill continues the authority
of the Department of Labor and Employment to impose fines on employers
for a second failure to carry workers' compensation insurance.  This
authority is scheduled to repeal July 1, 2022, and is continued until September
