Betsy Markey, Executive Director, Office of Economic Development and International Trade (OEDIT), provided introductory comments to the committee related to the work of the office.

Jeff Kraft, Director of Business Funding and Incentives, OEDIT, provided an overview of the divisions within the office and how the office measures return on investment of the various programs and incentives.
