The committee came back to order. Speaker Garnett and Representative Catlin, co-prime bill sponsors, presented House Bill 21-1260 to the committee. The bill transfers $20.0 million from General Fund to the Colorado Water Conservation Board. The bill sponsors responded to questions from the committee.

Mr. Zane Kessler, representing Colorado River Water Conservation District, testified in support of the bill.

Representatives Lontine and Lynch co-prime bill sponsors, presented House Bill 21-1262 to the committee. The bill creates the Agriculture Events Relief Program in the Department of Agriculture and provides funding for the Colorado State Fair and National Western Stock Show. Commissioner Kate Greenberg, representing Colorado Department of Agriculture, testified in support of the bill. Commissioner Greenberg responded to questions from the committee.
