He explained that
Department of Public Safety would coordinate wireless emergency services,
and Colorado Broadband Office would be the point of contact for all other
wireless services.




Committee members
commented about more clearly defining unserved and underserved areas in
this bill draft request and others.  Further questions were asked
about coverage maps. Committee discussion followed about  available
public maps andaccess and accuracy.

need to provide incentives to low population and high costs areas, as well
as to unserved areas generally. He made comparison to how broadband grants
are deployed.

and the need for clarity and consistency.  Questions were also raised
