President Garcia, chair, called the meeting
to order. Natalie Mullis, Director of Legislative Council Staff,
presented the Colorado Open Records Act (CORA) fee update proposal, which
can be found as Attachment A. She explained CORA and the statute
pertaining to the fees that can be charged. She discussed the Executive
Committee's role and responsibilities regarding fees and fee increases.
