by manufacturer affiliates. The bill expands the definition of motor vehicle
manufacturer to include affiliates and modifies manufacturer restrictions
related to owning or operating dealerships and service centers. The sponsors
distributed Amendments L.001, L.002, L.003, and L.005 (Attachments D, E,
F, and G).
