to the committee (Attachment A). Their presentation started with an overview
of over Colorado's climate progress, emerging technology, and federal investment
opportunities.

emissions, agriculture and emissions, hydrogen efficiency and storage,
and blue ammonia.

and transmission, and lack of transmission lines. The committee asked questions
about the amount of transmission lines needed, construction and timeline
