by persons with disabilities and provided a handout (Attachment A). The
bill proposes providing access to ballots for persons with disabilities;
upon request, providing auxiliary aids and services for members of the
General Assembly; upon request of persons required to appear in court,
video conferencing; accessibility to meetings of public bodies; and audio
and wayfinding programs at the State Capitol building.
