Director of the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT); Jeff Sudmeier,
CDOT Chief Financial Officer; Andy Karsian, CDOT Legislative Liaison; and
Marsha Nelson, CDOT Chief Equity Officer, introduced themselves and began
their presentation. Mr. Sudmeier gave an overview of CDOT's FY 22-23 revenue
sources and FY 22-23 budget allocation. Mr. Sudmeier answered questions
from the committee. CDOT's presentation is inclued as Attachment
D.

the implementation of Senate Bill 21-260 and gave a summary of the fee
revenue from Senate Bill 21-260 and a breakout of fee revenue. Mr. Sudmeier
made additional comments on the implementation of Senate Bill 21-260. Director
Lew answered questions from the committee.
