The funds must be used to cover the cost of the state boards of psychologist examiners, social work examiners, marriage and family therapist examiners, professional counselor examiners, unlicensed psychotherapists, and addiction counselor examiners, beginning with the FY 2022-23 fiscal year until fully expended.
