prime sponsor, presented Senate Bill 23-148 concerning concerning property
used to illegally manufacture drugs.  The bill proposes that work
be inspected that assesses, decontaminates, or samples property that contained
illegal laboratories.  In addition, the bill creates a public database
of buildings that were used as illegal drug laboratories.
