Senator Tate, sponsor, presented Senate Bill 20-103 to the committee.  The bill requires that the State Board of Education adopt rules that require uniform open enrollment policies in K-12 school districts.  He provided a handout to the committee (Attachment E).

Luke Ragland, representing Ready Colorado, testified in support of the bill.
