 The bill requires the Colorado Department of Education (CDE) to create
and maintain a resource bank of program materials and curricula pertaining
to mental health.  The bill also allows children between the ages
of twelve and fourteen years old to access psychotherapy services without
parental consent.  A draft amendment, L.008, was distributed (Attachment
A).
