and Jodeh, co-prime sponsors, introduced HB21-1271 cocerning the establishment
of programs offering state assistance to local governments to promote the
development of innovative affordable housing strategies in a manner that
is compatible with best local land use practices and making an appropriation.
 The bill creates two grant programs, Local Government Affordable
Housing Incentives and Local Government Planning.  The bill also creates
an affordable housing guided toolkit for local officials.
