Representative Rich and Representative Snyder, bill sponsors, introduced House Bill 20-1197.  The bill requires the Department of Human Services (DHS) to provide a $200,000 annual grant to the Colorado 2-1-1 collaborative.  The bill specifies what human services referral services must be available through the Colorado 2-1-1 and how the collaborative can use the grant money.  Finally, the bill requires the DHS to annually report to the General Assembly on the implementation and impacts of the human services referral service.
