Senator Fields and Simpson, co-prime sponsors, presented House Bill 22-1240, concerning enhancing mandatory reporting for people requird to report child abuse, and, in connection therewith, making an appropriation.  They discussed a task force to make recommendations for mandatory reporters, including instructions and other efficiencies.
