Deputy Executive Director of the Colorado Department of Personnel and Administration
(DPA), presented two FY 2020-21 supplemental requests. Mr. Follenweider
first provided an overview the Capitol Security Upgrades supplemental request.

by Legislative Coucil Staff (Attachment C).

Mr. Follenweider
provided an overview of Capitol Annex Sewer Venting Repair Capital Renewal
project. Mr. Follenweider responded to questions regarding the ability
to include restroom repair in the scope of the project. Mr. Rick Lee, Director
of Capital Assets for DPA, provided input on these questions.
