read a statement that the sunset hearing on Bingo and Raffle Licensing
and the Bingo-raffle Advisory Board was being held in accordance with Section
24-34-104 (6), C.R.S.

Vivienne Belmont,
representing the Department of Regulatory Affairs, reviewed the Bingo and
Raffles Licensing and Bingo-raffle Advisory Board Sunset Review Report
(Attachment A). A copy of the draft bill was provided to the committee
(Attachment B).

Ben Vagher, representing
the Broomfield Rotary, testified on the sunset report. Michelle Kelly,
representing the Erie High School Booster, Club testified on the sunset
report. The committee recessed.

Ms. Kelly resumed her testimony. Richard Lemon, representing the Colorado
Charitable Bingo Association, testified on the sunset report. Henry "Corky"
Kyle, representing the Colorado Charitable Bingo Association, testified
on the sunset report.
