The committee came back to order.  Dr. Evan Thomas, Director, Mortenson Center at the University of Colorado, discussed new technologies to help monitor, meter, conserve, and trade water, including sensors, telemetry, and blockchain.

Dr. Thomas explained how blockchain technologies work, discussed how they could be used within Colorado, and responded to committee questions.
