The bill restores a portion of statute repealed in the 2018 legislative session by House Bill 18-1306. The restored section permits a school district to furnish transportation to a student in a geographically adjacent school district, or to reimburse a parent or guardian for the cost to transport that student, only if the adjacent school district consents to the transportation of students to the receiving school district.
