Hooton, co-prime bill sponsors, presented House Bill 20-1117, Misbranding
Nonmeat and Imported and Artificial Meat, to the committee. The bill
expands the definition of misbranding of food to require that meat derived
from animals that were not born, raised, and harvasted exclusively in the
United States to be labeled as imported.
