included information on the following consolidated proposals to amend SB24-205
that were submitted to the task force:

The proposal and
presentation included concerns over SB24-205, specifically the following
aspects: algorithmic discrimination, defining "consequential decision"
and "high risk AI system," redirecting consumer right to appeal,
the opportunity to cure, disclosures to the Attorney General, and self-reporting
requirements.


The organizations
provided their proposal as a solution to their concerns for the task force
to discuss.

The committee asked a number of questions regarding a number of topics including genetic information and algorithmic discrimination, the concept of "immunity," whistle blower protections, "substantial factor" definition, and the right to appeal.
