	02:02:01 PM	The recommendation discusses HIV education and prevention. Solutions include that Colorado should require HIV education during health class, CDPHE should create and fund a youth-led space intended to prevent HIV and raise awareness for PrEP and testing, modify state law regarding consent to provide confidentially in HIV testing for youth, and that Colorado must fund PrEP, PEP, and HIV testing at no cost to youth statewide.
